Our AI analyzes the text of your official letters, identifies key information such as deadlines, amounts, and required actions. You will then receive a clear summary in English.
Yes! Your documents are transmitted in encrypted form and automatically deleted after analysis (after 7 days in the Free Plan, up to 90 days in the Business Plan). We do not use any data for training purposes without your consent.
We support PDF, JPG, PNG, and JPEG files. Maximum size: 10 MB per file. You will get the best results with scanned original documents.
Subscription & Payment
The Free Plan includes 3 documents per month, basic declarations, email reminders, and 7 days of storage. Perfect for trying out!
Premium offers unlimited documents, detailed explanations, automatic deadline recognition, prioritized processing, 30-day storage, email and push notifications, and PDF export.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. With monthly payments, access to your subscription will end immediately; with annual payments, you will receive the remaining time.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and SEPA direct debit. All payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.

In the Premium and Business plans, you can upload multiple documents at once. In the Free plan, only single uploads are possible.
Yes! You can use Amtklarpro via your mobile browser. A native app for iOS and Android is currently in development.
We will send you email reminders 7, 3, and 1 day before the deadline. With the Premium plan, you will also receive browser push notifications.

Yes, Amtklarpro works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). For best performance, we recommend Chrome or Firefox.
We guarantee 99.9% availability. We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance of any maintenance work. Your data is backed up daily.
Yes, under "Account → Data export," you can download all your documents and analyses in JSON format (GDPR-compliant).
In the business plan, we offer a REST API that allows you to integrate Amtklarpro into your own systems. Documentation available on request.
